Our return policy is 30 days. Please provide a receipt or invoice from time of your purchase.
If in the case of damage, alterations, adjustments or missing accessories, we may refuse a return item below its original price tag.
A 15% restocking charge may apply.
All sales, 'clearance' or 'off grade' items are Final Sale.
Please be advised that we may refuse return on any picked lumber, decking or softwood.
